How are your products made?
Each item is made to order just for you using high-quality, direct-to-garment or product printing. We partner with a trusted fulfillment provider to ensure every piece meets our design and quality standards.

What kind of apparel do you sell?
We offer soft, everyday staples like t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, hats, and accessories featuring dreamy, intentional designs. All items are designed in-house.

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the sizing chart on each product page. Because all items are made to order, we request that you make sure to order the correct size. Please contact us at ForeverandaDaydream365@gmail.com if you have any questions regarding sizing.

Can I request a custom item or logo placement?
At this time, we do not offer custom items or logo placements.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we have a 30-day return policy. To start a return, please contact us at ForeverandaDaydream365@gmail.com.

What if my item is damaged or there’s a printing issue?
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and include photos. We’ll replace or refund your order at no extra cost.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically fulfilled in 2–5 business days, then shipped based on your selected method:

• Standard: 3–4 business days 
• Express: 1–3 business days
• Free standard shipping (3-4 business days) on orders over $50

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. 

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders begin processing quickly after they’re placed, so please double-check your details at checkout. If you need to make a change, please email us ForeverandaDaydream365@gmail.com.
