Forever and a Daydream Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

Damages, Issues, and Returns Due to Our Error (Defective or Wrong Items)
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at ForeverandaDaydream365@gmail.com. if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will work quickly to correct the issue.

  • For returns due to our error, the customer will have the option to receive either a full monetary refund or a free replacement of the product.
  • We may require clear photo evidence of the damage or defect.
  • In most cases, we will not require the original item to be returned to simplify the process for you. We will cover all associated costs for resolving issues caused by our error.
  • Refunds due to our error will be issued within 3 business days of confirmation
  • Replacements will be processed and shipped within our standard shipping policy located here.

Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse (Change of Mind, Wrong Size/Color)
Returns made for reasons other than a defect or error on our part (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item) are classified as Buyer's Remorse.

  • To be eligible for a return due to Buyer's Remorse, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.
  • The customer must cover the cost of return shipping. We will not provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • Once we receive the item and confirm it is unused and in its original condition, we will process a full refund for the product cost (minus the original shipping charges, if applicable).

Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at ForeverandaDaydream365@gmail.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds Due to Buyer's Remorse
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days of our receipt of your package. Please remember it can also take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted. Please email us at ForeverandaDaydream365@gmail.com. to begin the exchange process. We do not require a restocking fee. Customer must cover the cost to return an item for an exchange.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after your returned item is received and inspected.
